Sunshine Dock and Seawall is a family owned and operated company based in Cortez, FL. We've been serving folks along the coast for over 25 years but trace our roots back in marine construction over 4 generations. We understand what it takes to build in and on the water. We believe in honesty and simplicity. We take great care to understand what is important to you about your needs on the water. We then leverage our understanding of Florida marine conditions and use top quality building materials, and craftsmanship. We begin with the end in mind and work to prolong the integrity of your investment; helping you to save money and enjoy your property.
